Our services include both cutting (CO2 laser) and milling (milling plotter). These technologies enable us to quickly and precisely cut and mark items made from various materials.

CNC milling allows for the machining of different kinds of plastics, furniture boards, MDF and composite materials in a short time, while maintaining high quality and precision of the engraving or cutting process. Thanks to an attached camera, the plotter precisely cuts or mills printed items with cutting markers.

We will gladly perform a non-binding cost calculation of our cutting and milling services. We respond by e-mail or by telephone to any queries regarding laser cutting, engraving and machining with the use of a milling plotter.

Laser cutting

We have a CO2 LASER for cutting and engraving, e.g. of acrylic glass, wood, paper, cardboard, engraving laminates, etc. Laser cutting, as opposed to milling, produces a transparent edge (acrylic glass), which means that no additional machining is required. This method is relatively inexpensive for its final result and short processing time. We cut materials which have been printed-over in UV technology, including materials designed for backlit applications, e.g. logotypes used in exhibition stalls or as part of backlit displays.

Milling

Milling involves the machining of various types of materials: plastics (acrylic glass, PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyethylene), composite materials (Dibond, high-pressure laminate), chipboard, MDF, HDF, plywood. Apart from the option to cut the boards to any shape, our milling machine enables us to make cavities, grooves, graduated openings. Our CNC plotter guarantees the lowest production costs through optimal use of material and a shorter completion time. This is made possible thanks to the use of CAD/CAM software, high machining speeds, a suction-equipped table which eliminates the need to secure boards, as well as a smart control system that enhances the efficiency of our machine.

Thermoforming

The machining of materials cut from acrylic glass, polycarbonate, polyethylene or other materials involves hot bending in order to achieve the desired shape. This enables us to produce an extensive range of standard products made from acrylic glass, such as: stands, display racks, price tags, brochure pockets, door signage plates, containers and urns, as well as custom-made products.
