We specialize in digital and large-format printing. In order to meet the expectations of our Customers, we offer several printing technologies: solvent-based (web printing), UV printing (web printing and printing on flat materials) as well as short-run digital printing.
Our offer encompasses printing on banners (including blockout), meshes, backlit canvases, monomer films, polymer films, cast films and one-way-vision films, on plastics and backlit films, wallcovering materials and coated paper. We also print roll-ups, posters and all manner of point of sale materials. Film-printed elements can be contour-cut (floor stickers, car stickers) and prepared for application by means of attaching paper or transfer film.
Thanks to UV technology (printing up to 250 cm in width) we are able to print directly on almost any type of substrate: PCV, acrylic glass, regular glass, composite materials and laminated furniture boards. Our printouts are long-lasting and resistant to weather conditions.
Digital printing
Digital printing allows for lower runs (between one and one hundred reproductions) while maintaining the quality of offset printing. The maximum printed area is 460 x 320 mm. This allows us to achieve the full A3 format.
We offer printing on a wide range of mediums including regular and coated paper (densities up to 350 g), textured paper, sticker paper and self-adhesive films.
Using this technology, we print:
- flyers, folders, business cards, stickers.
We also have a complete set of bookbinding machines for cutting, folding, creasing and gluing.
Printouts can be enhanced with the use of such technologies as: laminating, varnishing (including spot varnishing) or hot stamping.
Solvent-based printing
We offer solvent-based printing using solvent inks that permanently adhere to substrates. The printing resolution is 1440 dpi. Solvent-based print is resistant to UV rays, extreme temperature differences, humidity and other weather conditions. On request, we secure printouts with smooth laminate (matte, gloss) or textured laminate.
We print on banner materials, MESH materials, vinyl films, fabrics, polyester, one way vision films, city light posters, billboard paper, presentation paper and photo paper. We also provide finishing services: welding, cutting, eyeletting, transferring to mediums. We offer applications based on self-adhesive films for use on cars, signs and boards. Film printouts can be contour-cut.
UV printing
This technology enables us to print on practically all flat surfaces. These include metal, acrylic glass, regular glass, any type of plastic (PVC, PP, PET, PE), paper, wood, leather, fabric, etc. We print on rigid or rolled materials with a maximum thickness of 45 mm, including: paper, film, banners, wallcovering materials. Thanks to UV curing of inks, all products are ready for immediate use and there is no drying time required. The resulting design adheres perfectly to plastics and natural substrates.
Unique to our machine is the 6-colour printing option (CMYK + Lc + Lm) and the option of printing in white. The first method allows us to achieve crisp and saturated colours, while using white guarantees excellent results when printing on transparent materials (glass, acrylic glass, film).
Laminating
This method, which entails coating the surface with a laminate, provides additional protection against humidity and mechanical damaging (scratching). It can also be used for decorative purposes. The laminating process can be used to increase image saturation (glossy films) or reduce light reflections (matte films) as needed. Coating the printed material with a laminate enriched with UV filters increases colour-fastness, protecting against fading. We offer smooth and textured laminates designed for protecting floor stickers and printed vehicle wraps. The maximum width of laminated printouts is 160 cm.
